1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("Player," "User," "you") and 111jll ("Company," "Platform," "we," "us," "our"), governing your access to and use of the 111jll website located at 111jll.cam and all associated services, games, features, and content offered therein.

By creating an account, depositing funds, accessing any game, or otherwise using any service at 111jll, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be fully bound by this Agreement. 111jll reserves the absolute right to request government-issued identity documentation from any account holder at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory proof of age, identity, and eligibility within the timeframe requested shall result in the immediate suspension of the account and the withholding of any pending withdrawals pending investigation.

3. Account Registration

3.1 Single Account Policy

Each individual is permitted to hold only one (1) active account at 111jll. Creating multiple accounts — whether under different names, email addresses, phone numbers, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited. Where duplicate accounts are identified, 111jll reserves the right to close all accounts associated with that individual, forfeit any bonuses received, and withhold pending withdrawals pending review.

3.2 Account Credentials

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. 3.3 Account Verification (KYC)

4. Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on the 111jll platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP). Deposits are processed through approved payment methods only, which include GCash, Maya (PayMaya), BPI Bank Transfer, BDO Bank Transfer, UnionBank, Metrobank, 7-Eleven CLiQQ, and USDT TRC20. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100.

4.1 Deposit Policy

Deposits made via GCash and Maya are processed in real time and credited to your 111jll account balance within 30 seconds under normal system conditions. Bank transfers and cash-based deposits (7-Eleven CLiQQ) may take up to 30 minutes to reflect. 111jll does not charge platform-side fees on standard deposits, though your payment provider may apply their own transaction charges.

4.2 Withdrawal Policy

Withdrawal requests are subject to completion of KYC verification. First-time withdrawal requests will not be processed until identity documents have been reviewed and approved. Subsequent withdrawals for fully verified accounts are typically processed within 15–60 minutes during normal operating hours. Withdrawal requests may be delayed or held if: (a) a bonus wagering requirement has not been met; (b) a security review is in progress on the account; or (c) the account has been flagged for unusual activity.

4.3 Prohibited Transactions

Funds deposited to 111jll must originate from a payment account held in your own name. 5. Bonuses & Promotions

In the event of a technical failure, disconnection, or malfunction during a game session, 111jll will make reasonable efforts to reconstruct the state of the game from server-side records. Where reconstruction is not possible, bets that cannot be verified will be refunded to the player's account balance. Winnings from games that were affected by a verifiable system error will be subject to review and may be voided in accordance with the relevant game provider's malfunction policy.

7. Prohibited Conduct

• Attempting to access another player's account without authorization;

8. Responsible Gaming

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the 111jll platform solely for personal entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms.

You may not reproduce, distribute, publicly display, reverse engineer, decompile, or create derivative works from any 111jll content without prior written authorisation from the Company. Unauthorised use of 111jll's intellectual property constitutes a breach of this Agreement and may give rise to legal liability.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 111jll shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or business interruption — even if 111jll has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

111jll does not guarantee uninterrupted, error-free access to the platform. The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, technical failures, and third-party service disruptions (including those affecting payment providers such as GCash or Maya) may temporarily affect platform availability, for which 111jll accepts no liability beyond reasonable efforts to restore service.

Gaming involves financial risk. By using 111jll, you acknowledge that you may lose money wagered and that 111jll bears no responsibility for financial losses resulting from your gaming decisions.

11. Account Suspension & Termination

111jll reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any player account, with or without prior notice, in circumstances that include but are not limited to: violation of these Terms and Conditions; provision of false, misleading, or incomplete registration information; suspected fraudulent activity; failure to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe; or receipt of a legal order requiring account closure.

In the event of account closure for cause (i.e., a breach of these Terms), any funds held in the account — including deposited amounts, winnings, and bonus balances — may be forfeited. Where closure is initiated without cause (e.g., voluntary closure by the player), any verified balance will be returned to the player's registered payment method following completion of final KYC review.

You may voluntarily close your 111jll account at any time by contacting the support team. Accounts used for self-exclusion purposes will be closed and cannot be reopened during the exclusion period regardless of any request by the account holder.

The date of the most recent revision is displayed at the top of this document. 14. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

Any dispute arising from or in connection with this Agreement that cannot be resolved through 111jll's internal complaints process shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the appropriate courts or regulatory bodies of the Philippines.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be severed from this Agreement, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
